The cottages are let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. Short breaks of 3 or more nights are available at other times (prices on request). An additional charge of £10 is made for pets. Prices are totally inclusive of all services including electricity, and bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. There are no hidden charges - the price you are quoted is the price you will pay.

A deposit of £100 per week is requested at the time of booking, with the remainder payable on arrival. If you have to cancel your holiday the deposit less an administration fee of £10 will be refunded only if we are able to secure an alternative booking. Payments can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Euros are accepted with an additional charge to cover bank charges.

Guests should arrive no earlier than 3 pm, so that the cottages can be thoroughly cleaned and checked, and are requested to leave by 10 am on the day of departure.
